Lead Marketing Copywriter – B2B Tech at BairesDev
What You’ll Do:

Collaborate with Brand, Growth Product, SEO, SEM, Design, and Engineering to ensure copy quality and consistency across all customer-facing assets.

Design and own AI-powered copywriting systems including custom GPTs, agents, n8n workflows, and prompt libraries to scale output.

Lead, coordinate, mentor, and develop the copywriting team, running 1:1s and performance reviews.

Define copy strategy, brand voice, style guides, and copywriting frameworks while proposing improvements across owned channels.

What We Are Looking For:

8+ years of experience in copywriting roles, with 3+ years in B2B tech/SaaS or similar fast-paced industries.

Proven track record leading AI adoption and AI-powered workflows in a copywriting or marketing context.

Experience working for North American-based tech companies, in‑house or agency.

Bachelor's degree or higher.

Conversion and direct‑response copywriting expertise across email, landing pages, ads, and web, including A/B testing and Voice‑of‑Customer (VoC) research.
