Work in partnership with the CEO to provide supportive supervision and day-to-day guidance to Department Directors/Managers in their assigned functional area; direct agency wide strategy for all communications, website, social media, public relations messages; assist with agency planning/development; and work to support/assure agency compliance with local, State, Federal regulations, and reporting requirements.
Experience working in field specific to job duties.
Experience working with database systems and tracking systems and a variety of virtual platforms.
Strong organizational and analytical math skills.
Communication and language skills to comprehend documents and other correspondence.
Strong computer skills with confident knowledge of Excel Microsoft office and other office equipment.
Ability to interact with customers from a variety of backgrounds and with different levels of management.
Ability to exercise independent judgement.
Capability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written and oral form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in complex situations.
Experience in advocacy work.
Knowledge of working with community resources.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 3+years related work experience. Acceptable combination of education and experience accepted.
The ideal candidate must have a driver’s license, meeting agency standards and consistent, reliable transportation that will allow regular travel in and around the service area.
