Production Engineer – NPI & Process Improvement

ASML Germany GmbH is seeking a Production Engineer to support manufacturing operations at their Wilton location in Connecticut. The role involves assisting with process development, documentation, and quality improvement initiatives as well as continuous improvement projects.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with a strong willingness to learn and adapt. ASML promotes a diverse and inclusive workforce.
