To do that we must break the existing rules of game development based on funded teams and professional engines, and gear up our creators the most intuitive, easy-to-use, instant-deploy tools and unleash their full potential so that they can create the next "Dota", "PUBG", and "Clash of Clans".
If you succeed in this role, you will gain all the experience necessary to lead a game from concept to launch and beyond. You will develop your game design and product management skills by making design decisions based on user feedback and data to drive key metrics. You will create games that reach millions of players and become an exceptional product leader.
Responsibilities
Drive full cycle of game development from research, development, launch, and live ops
Plan, design, and execute game economy and validate experiences related to numeric design
Design, implement, and iterate on gameplay through rapid prototyping and feedback cycles
Polish moment-to-moment gameplay experiences with great attention to detail
Collaborate with the art team to create top-notch user experiences
Fast iteration during live operation based on data and user feedback
Requirements
Ambition for creating games that reach massive audiences and a constant desire to improve
Deep understanding of popular game systems and economy design in successful F2P titles
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; able to work effectively in data-driven environment
Able to give and receive critical feedback constructively and gracefully
Fluent in at least one game editor (such as Unity, UE5, StarCraft 2 Editor, or Warcraft 3 Editor)
Fluent in Lua or a similar scripting language
Passion for games, especially casual and midcore mobile games
Experience with UI design and implementation a plus
