Job Description
We are seeking a data-driven, energetic Sales Manager to lead and scale our high-performing team of B2C Account Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for driving direct-to-consumer revenue, optimizing the sales pipeline, and mentoring a team of closers. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of scaling B2C sales operations, mastering CRM analytics, and fostering a competitive yet collaborative team culture.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Mentorship: Providing daily guidance and management of a team of account executives with hyper focus on hitting performance targets and fostering a great team culture simultaneously

Pipeline & Performance Management: Monitor individual and team sales metrics, analyze lead-to-close ratios, and conduct regular pipeline reviews to eliminate operational bottlenecks.

Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and refine AlterMe sales playbooks, objection-handling scripts, and closing techniques tailored to an optimal customer journey.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end consumer experience and alignment on the customer journey for AlterMe.

Requirements

Experience: 4-6+ years of experience in direct-to-consumer (B2C) sales, with at least 1-3 years in a supervisory or management role overseeing quota-carrying AEs.

Sales Acumen: Deep understanding of the B2C sales cycle, consumer psychology, and high-volume, consultative closing strategies.

Tech Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of modern CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Twilio to name a few).

Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills with an ability to inspire and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

Available to work 8 hour days starting at either 11a or 12p
