To support a global membership organization, the full-time Marketing Manager - Customer Engagement will develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies focused on membership growth and retention, working remotely during typical east coast business hours for a temporary period of at least three months starting in July.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing plans to drive event attendance, membership acquisition, and engagement
Enhance the customer journey through targeted messaging and personalized campaigns
Utilize analytics to optimize campaign performance and develop metrics for measuring marketing effectiveness
Required qualifications:
Experience with marketing automation tools, preferably Hubspot
Proficiency in project management tools like ClickUp, Trello, or Asana
Strong background in content development for B2B, B2C, or B2G marketing
Experience with digital advertising across platforms such as Google and LinkedIn
BS or BA in Marketing or a related field is preferred
