Location: Hybrid, Los Angeles, CA
Pay: $28 hourly
Mission: Support the day‑to‑day administrative and operational needs of influencer and community efforts to ensure smooth campaign and gifting program execution.
Tech Stack: GRIN, Tribe, Google Workspace, Shopify
What You’ll Actually Do Creator Lists: Assist in building and maintaining creator lists across various campaign tiers and platforms.
Outreach: Support influencer outreach, relationship management, and personalized communication across platforms.
Gifting & Inventory: Coordinate gifting logistics, including shipments, hand‑deliveries, and inventory tracking with internal and external partners.
Campaign Execution: Ensure timely and accurate campaign setup and execution across influencer platforms like GRIN and Tribe.
Reporting: Support weekly reporting, tracking, and team updates on influencer and gifting initiatives.
The Must-Haves Background: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
Experience: 1-2 years of internship or work experience in marketing, social media, public relations, or operations, with beauty or lifestyle brand experience being a plus.
Skills: Strong communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders, exceptional organizational skills, detail‑orientation, resourcefulness, and effective time management.
Bonus: Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Shopify, GRIN, or Tribe Dynamics.
