Job Overview
Ebenezer is looking for a

Marketing Advisor

to join our senior cooperative team at Gramercy Park Cooperative of Lake Shore Drive in Richfield, MN. This position is responsible for marketing all aspects of the cooperative to interested persons.

Marketing Schedule

80 hours every two weeks

Full time; Day shift

No weekends

Responsibilities

Works with marketing committee and Property Manager to develop an annual marketing plan and to develop a budget that supports the established marketing plan.

Executes marketing activities:

Develops marketing collateral, website and printed materials

Serves as a resource to the marketing committee

Plans and coordinates marketing events such as open houses

Develops and maintains database of contacts, up-to-date records

Builds awareness about the HOA in the community

Assists with selling process:

Maintains waitlist

Schedules and conducts tours

Maintains regular contact with perspective buyers

Facilitates pre-closings and closings of unit sales

Promotes positive customer relations:

Provides guidance and resources to residents/owners/families with their transition into and out of their home

Creates and maintains positive on-going relationships with customers including prospects, residents, families and professionals

Required Qualifications

1 year of previous experience

Minnesota Real Estate License within 1-1/2 Yrs

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

3 years of previous experience
