You’ll hire, train, build and expand market growth (Dayton, Toledo, Cleveland +). You need to be a
TRUE Leader who replicates hunter-closers in the field , building momentum through KPIs and sales and helping reps win while helping your communities.
Leadership Role
Hire, train, and coach new-hire B2B field reps in live selling environments
Develop hunter-closers focused on new client acquisition
Lead ride-alongs, real-time coaching, and field execution
Reinforce tablet-based selling, CRM discipline, and pipeline management
Who You Are
3+ years building, scaling and leading B2B field sales (in the field)
Proven experience Leading B2B hunter closers
Comfortable with tablets, CRM, and digital sales tools
High energy, confident, and leads by example
Ready to move beyond D2D, nights, and weekends

Compensation Overview
$90K - $150K OTE (base salary + commissions + team sales overrides)
