Remote CRM Campaign Coordinator (Email & SMS)

TechShack is looking for a CRM Coordinator to support high-volume email and SMS campaigns in a fast-paced retail and e-commerce environment. The role is fully remote, preferred candidates are based in the Eastern or Central time zones. Responsibilities include managing campaign briefs, coordinating execution, and analyzing performance reports.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in CRM coordination and excellent communication skills. Must be available to start within two weeks.
