Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Marketing Assistant to join our growing team in Miami. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in customer engagement, brand representation, campaign execution, and business development. No prior experience is required, omprehensive training and ongoing mentorship are provided.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the execution of customer acquisition and brand engagement campaigns

Represent client brands professionally during in-person promotional activities

Engage directly with customers to provide product and service information

Help coordinate marketing events, promotions, and community outreach initiatives

Support campaign planning and daily operational activities

Build positive relationships with customers and maintain brand standards

Track campaign performance and provide feedback to leadership teams

Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign and growth objectives

Qualifications
Minimum requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Professional appearance and demeanor

Must be authorized to work in the United States
