Convergent Print Group is a growing commercial print and graphics company with operations in Phoenix, Arizona and Tennessee. We were formed in 2023 when BPGraphics acquired the assets of Vincent Printing, and we've been expanding ever since. Our work spans large‑format printing, vehicle graphics and wraps, vinyl installations, signage, environmental graphics, and trade show displays for customers across the country — from regional businesses to national brands.

The Role
We're hiring an Account Manager for our Phoenix location. This is the role that ties our customers, our sales team, and our production floor together. You'll be the day‑to‑day point of contact for an assigned book of accounts — the person customers call when they need something done right, on time, and without drama.

If you've worked in print, signs, or graphics before, you already know how this job works: jobs come in, specs need to be translated, materials need to be selected, schedules need to be coordinated, and someone has to make sure every detail gets caught before the press starts. That someone is you.

What you'll be doing

Managing an assigned portfolio of customer accounts as their primary contact

Taking in job specifications from customers and sales reps, then translating them into clear, accurate work orders for production

Building estimates and quotes; ensuring the right materials, finishing methods, and substrates for each job

Coordinating scheduling and due dates with production; communicating proactively when timelines need to shift

Tracking jobs through prepress, print, finishing, and shipping — and communicating updates effectively with the customer

Handling change orders, reprints, and questions with a solution‑oriented approach

Growing existing accounts by genuinely understanding what your customers need

What we're looking for

2+ years of experience in print, graphics, signage, advertising, or a related production environment — this is the most important qualification on this list

Customer service or account management background; you actually enjoy working with people and solving problems

Working knowledge of large‑format substrates and finishing techniques (vinyl, banner, ACM, acrylic, fabric, laminates) — or a sharp learning curve and a real interest in the craft

Strong organizational skills; comfortable juggling a high number of active jobs without losing track

Proficiency with MS Office and job‑management or CRM systems; Adobe Creative Suite familiarity is a plus, not a requirement

Reliable, accountable, and ready to be in the office every day

Location & Schedule
This is a fully on‑site position at our Phoenix, Arizona facility. We are not considering remote or hybrid candidates for this role.
