Lead Manager Campaign Operations

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate leader to join the Digital Campaign Operations team responsible for delivering data-driven campaigns for adult tobacco consumers across email, SMS, mobile, and direct mail.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end operational delivery of email, SMS, mobile, and direct mail campaigns for 12+ brands.
Serve as a core end user in the use of Adobe Experience Platform products and enhance digital business optimization.
Manage campaign and journey intake, scoping, handoffs, execution readiness, and production deployment using Adobe Marketing Cloud Solutions (Campaign V8, AEP).
Act as escalation point for complex operational issues, campaign risks, and production incidents.
Communicate strategies for consumer journeys, audience segmentation and personalization.
Build and implement campaign setup, validation, execution, and testing.
Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, personalization, creative, and content management.
Monitor internal testing results and industry best practices.
Integrate learnings to improve email deliverability and compliance with permission-based marketing.
Troubleshoot errors in campaign workflows within Adobe Campaign Classic, V8, and AEP.
Govern technical and creative requirements for campaigns as a Workfront power user, ensuring consistent application of intake standards, workflows, task routing, ownership, and reporting.
Partner with IT, Adobe, and external vendors on enhancements, automation, and release readiness activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2+ years of regulated industry experience.
3+ years of digital marketing experience.
Strong communication, collaboration, credibility, and influencing skills.
2+ years of experience in Adobe Campaign / AJO / AEP.
Hands‑on experience with Enterprise Marketing Campaign tools and CRM platforms (Adobe Campaign, Workfront, Salesforce, Marketo, Hubspot, AWeber, MailChimp).
Hands‑on experience with Enterprise SMS deployments (vendors such as Sinch or Twilio).
Knowledge of key marketing regulations such as CAN‑SPAM, TCPA.
Detail‑oriented with ability to prioritize across multiple projects.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, or scripting languages a plus.
Adobe Certified Expert certification (e.g., Adobe Campaign Classic Business Practitioner).
Proven ability to manage complex, high‑volume campaign workflows across multiple stakeholders.
Strong operational judgment, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
Passion for data‑driven marketing strategies and consumer experiences.
Problem‑solving through innovative ideas and seeking diverse perspectives.
Adaptability to ambiguity, risk, and roadblocks while pursuing innovation.
Ability to manage concurrent project workloads, timelines, and administrative responsibilities.
