Temporary Marketing and Community Manager (Full‑time)

Responsibilities

Oversee daily execution of INVO's and The Q's Integrated Marketing and Communications strategy and develop marketing and communications content campaigns (annual reports, Board of Trustee reports, donor and gift updates, and related collateral) across owned channels (website, newsletters, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).

Develop original content on innovation and entrepreneurship and pitch to internal/external media channel partners, potential donors, and alumni.

Ideate and implement community‑building initiatives across digital channels and in‑person events.

Coordinate photography personnel, internal/external freelance writers, and contractors across several events throughout the year.

Note:

Some evening and/or weekend hours may be necessary, as dictated by programmatic responsibilities.

Benefits and Compensation
In addition to salary, this temporary position is eligible for paid time off and paid sick time in accordance with Northwestern University policies. This position is not eligible for other benefits offered to regular staff positions.
