Job Title: Senior Marketing Specialist (Creative Lead)
Overview
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist (Creative Lead) for a high-impact, short-term contract role supporting the physical retail team of a leading global technology organization. This position will provide coverage during a team member’s leave of absence and requires immediate onboarding.
Role Summary
This is a
senior-level (Staff / Level 7 equivalent)
role responsible for
creative direction and design oversight
across physical retail environments. The scope includes delivering cohesive brand experiences across multiple product categories such as consumer electronics, wearable devices, and home-related technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead
creative direction and execution
for physical retail stores and in-store experiences
Oversee design consistency across multiple platforms, formats, and product categories
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders across marketing, product, and retail teams
Manage and mentor a
small internal team
while directing external agencies and vendors
Present concepts and strategies to
senior leadership (VP level and above)
and influence decision-making
Ensure high-quality design output aligned with premium global brand standards
Experience & Background
~10 years of experience in
brand design, visual design, or art direction
Strong expertise in
physical retail, store design, or experiential environments
Experience working with
global brands
and executing large-scale rollouts is highly preferred
Industry backgrounds may include:
Consumer Goods
Experiential Marketing
Automotive
Experience in consumer electronics is
not required
Required Skills
Proficiency in
Figma (mandatory)
Strong experience with
3D rendering and/or spatial design tools
(specific tools may vary)
Excellent
creative storytelling and presentation skills
Ability to balance
strategic thinking with hands‑on design leadership
Candidate Requirements
Portfolio is mandatory

Portfolio should demonstrate:
Strong aesthetic judgment
Experience with globally recognized brands
Work in physical retail or experiential environments

Contract Duration:
Immediate start through mid-August 2026
Extension:
