Web Producer (Ecommerce / Content Production)

Job Location: El Segundo, CA (Hybrid - 4 Days Onsite)

Type: Contract (4+ Months)

Pay Rate: $39.00 - $49.00 Per Hour (W2 Only)

Position Overview
The Web Producer will support a high-volume eCommerce business by delivering content authoring and production support to drive online customer experiences. This role focuses on project management, team leadership, and content execution , leveraging content management systems to ensure high-quality site experiences and smooth product launches.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the day-to-day production lead for website content and product launches

Execute brand‑specific content authoring using internal tools and systems

Manage two direct reports focused on production and operations execution

Collaborate with internal teams including eCommerce, marketing, product, and operations

Ensure all site updates and launches are executed accurately and on time

Identify and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience, preferably in eCommerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) environments

Strong experience with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms

Previous people management experience

Understanding of website design fundamentals and content best practices

Experience localizing eCommerce content for global audiences

Basic HTML editing skills for content and layout updates

Strong project management skills (experience with tools like Monday.com preferred)

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred
