Role Overview
As Vice President of Growth Marketing, you will architect and scale the full growth engine of the organization—driving predictable, measurable, and efficient demand generation across all markets, locations, and membership tiers. You will own systems, strategy, and execution that translate marketing investment into revenue performance, including acquisition, conversion, retention, and lifetime value. This role is central to enabling Next Health’s expansion into a nationally scaled, data‑driven healthcare platform.

Responsibilities

Own all marketing data, reporting, and performance intelligence as the single source of truth

Build and maintain executive dashboards across funnel, channel, creative, and location performance

Define KPI frameworks (CAC, LTV, ROAS, MER, payback period, contribution margin, conversion rates, attribution)

Ensure data integrity across web, CRM, app, paid media, and analytics systems

Partner with Finance and Operations to align marketing and business performance reporting, proactively surfacing insights and opportunities in real time

Own strategy, budget allocation, and performance across all paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic, CTV, influencer)

Set CAC and ROAS targets aligned with unit economics

Continuously optimize budget allocation based on performance data

Own attribution modeling and measurement infrastructure

Own full funnel performance from prospect to member to advocate

Optimize conversion at every stage of the customer journey

Improve landing pages, lead capture flows, and consult booking systems

Build scalable lead nurture programs across email, SMS, and lifecycle channels

Run continuous A/B and multivariate testing across web, app, and funnels, optimizing creative, copy, offers, and user experience for conversion

Scale learnings across channels and touchpoints

Own the marketing technology ecosystem (CRM, CMS, analytics, app, dashboards, booking systems)

Define the martech roadmap and integration priorities

Ensure all systems support both conversion and clean data capture

Own member lifecycle from acquisition through retention, reactivation, and advocacy

Build segmented email, SMS, push, and in‑app engagement programs

Drive upsell, cross‑sell, referrals, and reactivation

Partner with operations on retention and engagement strategies

Partner with Brand/Creative to develop high‑performing performance creative

Build rapid testing and iteration frameworks for creative scaling

Use performance data to continuously improve creative output

Own SEO strategy across corporate and location pages

Manage Google Business Profiles and local search performance for all locations

Oversee reputation management and review generation

Drive organic authority in the longevity and health optimization category

Build scalable marketing playbooks for corporate and local execution

Support franchisees and General Managers with tools, training, and reporting

Lead local campaigns, grand openings, and co‑op marketing programs

Deliver consistent performance reporting across all locations

Own all external marketing agencies and vendor relationships

Define KPIs, scopes, and performance accountability standards

Evaluate, optimize, and replace partners based on performance

Manage contracts and marketing vendor budgets

Own full marketing budget planning, allocation, pacing, and reconciliation

Build revenue‑linked forecasting models tied to spend and unit economics

Present ROI and performance accountability to executive leadership

Deploy AI across paid media, creative, lifecycle, segmentation, and reporting

Implement automation to improve efficiency, testing velocity, and personalization

Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging AI tools

Build systems that scale output without increasing manual workload

Partner with Brand, Creative, Operations, Finance, and Technology teams to align strategy with company growth and execution

Support executive leadership with reporting, insights, and growth strategy

Qualifications

5+ years of growth marketing experience with ownership of paid media budgets, CRM, conversion infrastructure, and performance reporting at a consumer brand

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field

Hands‑on command of paid media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic) and analytics tools (GA4, attribution platforms, Looker, Domo, or equivalent BI tools)

Proven experience building dashboards, defining KPI frameworks, and presenting performance to executive leadership

Deep fluency in CAC, LTV, payback period, ROAS, MER, and contribution margin, with ability to defend these metrics to a CFO

Experience managing or leading digital agency relationships

Strong ability to partner with Brand and Creative teams without compromising performance outcomes

Working knowledge of CRM platforms, marketing automation, CMS systems, and consumer app growth (push, in‑app, lifecycle)

Experience with SEO, local search, and reputation management

Demonstrated experience using AI tools in marketing workflows, including creative production, paid media optimization, lifecycle marketing, content generation, and reporting automation

Background in premium consumer health, wellness, fitness, beauty, or DTC categories preferred

Experience scaling multi‑location or franchise brands preferred

Familiarity with longevity, biohacking, or health optimization preferred

Compensation
The expected compensation for this position is $165,000 – $185,000 per year, plus benefits and bonus potential. Final compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, skills, and other job‑related factors. Full benefit details will be provided upon offer of employment.
