Sales Manager Lead with Purpose at BeemLight Sauna Briargate

Location: Briargate, CO

Compensation: $50,000 base salary + up to $1,500/month in incentive pay

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week with 23 Saturday mornings per month based on events

What You'll Do
As the Sales Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our studios operations and growth. You’ll oversee the day-to-day performance of the location while creating a warm and inspiring environment for both clients and team members. You’ll lead with a mix of data-driven focus and people-first leadership.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Driving membership sales, local marketing efforts, and community partnerships

Leading and mentoring the front desk and support team

Managing studio performance metrics, scheduling, and administrative functions

Representing BeemLight at local wellness and community events 23 Saturday mornings per month

Creating personalized experiences that exceed client expectations

Cultivating a culture of trust, consistency, and results

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in a sales-focused or retail management role

A passion for health, wellness, and people

Exceptional communication, time management, and leadership skills

Ability to work a flexible schedule and represent the studio at weekend events as needed

Experience in a boutique fitness or wellness environment is a strong plus
