Job Responsibilities
Assistant Role

Research and gather price quotes for Marketing / PR needs (print projects, professional photography, presentation items, etc.)

Requisitions

Maintain CPRF website content

Testimonials, events, job postings, etc.

Edit/Proof content sent to Marketing/PR for website-

Write/Edit/Proof content for Development events

Develop a social media schedule and content guidelines

Social Media outreach and design of FB content cover, photos, posts, etc.

Business card needs

Create/update presentation content

UCP Powerpoint, Wheelchair Clinic Powerpoint

Created updated marketing content- fact sheets, brochures, bumper stickers, ads, etc.

Update mailing lists for Development and Marketing outreach

File/Sort Donor info for Development

Update RCR Website with sponsorship info (while Supervisor is gone)

Archive business reply envelopes received for billing purposes (while Supervisor is gone)

Assist with planning tasks of community relations events

QA role

Establish a schedule across all departments based on QA needs

Refine and rework surveys, tally, and narrative templates-

Refine and cross check mailing list data collected from IT/department heads

Record survey results and compose narratives

Examine QA feedback for patterns and specific issues

Archive negative feedback to send on to the appropriate department directors

Prep and mail surveys

Assist with QA audits of Seating Clinic for FDA regulations-

Research other potential survey platforms besides mail

Assist with the overhaul of Quality Assurance department procedures:

Implement a survey schedule for each client service program, prep/mailing of 500-700 client surveys per year, compile client feedback into informative narratives for executive leaders to utilize results when applying for key funding.

Refine process for FDA Audit of Wheelchair and Posture Seating Clinic, condensing a quarterly process down to an efficient annual process.

Assist in the creation of marketing materials

Create marketing designs for program brochures, event flyers, donation appeals, business cards, and other print outreach materials in Adobe InDesign.-

Photograph content from various programs/events for social media and marketing content, highlighting our versatile programming and community resources for people with disabilities and their families.-

Content creation for Facebook, ensuring posts result in increased engagement and new followers.-

Carry out routine website updates; job postings, events, testimonials, etc.

Establish and maintain organizational systems for data:

Update mailing lists for newsletter, events, and award ceremonies.-

Compile client demographic data overviews for United Way catchment areas, vital for grant applications.

Administrative Support to Director of Communications/Public Relations:

Event planning for Timbers Fest, an annual client appreciation celebration; coordinate vendor scheduling, order decorations and catering.

Assist with compiling demographics and data necessary for grant applications to secure vital funding from partnering agencies.

Adaptable administrative support for Director of Community Relations and the Development department during peak times of the year.

Job Functions

Perform an annual audit for the Wheelchair & Posture Seating Clinic to ensure FDA compliance

Job Requirement

Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
