About Our Agency
I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I was an aspirant team member preparing for agency ownership. Prior to insurance, I owned and operated a veterinary hospital for 14 years, building it from the ground up, and also ran a consulting firm focused on helping small businesses grow and succeed.
I’m married and a proud father of four, and family is extremely important to me. My wife is a psychiatric nurse practitioner, so mental health and maintaining balance are values we take seriously both personally and professionally. I stay very active in the local community through involvement with the Chamber of Commerce and enjoy building strong relationships within the area we serve.
Our office is located in a beautiful 100-year-old home in a historic town, which gives the agency a unique and welcoming atmosphere. Role Description
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Anthony Pelfrey - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
Qualifications
Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
Leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
