Join a leading international specialty insurance firm as an

Environmental Insurance Producer

and take the reins in a client-facing, sales-driven role. You’ll work directly with businesses in construction, manufacturing, and energy, shaping solutions for complex environmental risks and growing your book of business.

What You’ll Do

Drive new business across environmental lines (contractors pollution, site liability, etc.)

Advise clients on environmental risks and structure tailored coverage solutions

Negotiate terms with carrier partners

Build and maintain relationships with retail agencies nationwide

What We’re Looking For

3–5+ years of experience in commercial insurance brokerage or underwriting, with specific, demonstrated exposure to environmental, pollution, or energy coverages

Active P&C license required

Strong sales drive, competitive mindset, and comfort in a performance-based role

Willingness to travel and work a flexible schedule; hybrid (2–3 days in office when not in the field)

Environmental consultants with client-facing or sales experience are strongly encouraged to apply
