About Mad Realities
Mad Realities is defining the future of TV, bridging the gap between culture born online and television-level production. We partner with creators to make original episodic content that you can experience on all social platforms.

About the Role
You'll be the connective tissue between our shows and the talent that brings them to life. As our Talent + Development Producer, you'll own the end-to-end talent pipeline — identifying, pitching, booking, and managing guests — while developing your eye for what makes a show work. This is a hands‑on, learn-by-doing role with real ownership from day one.
