Role Overview:
As a Director, Client Care at Assisting Hands Seacoast NH, you will oversee client care services and ensure the highest level of service delivery. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the caregiving team to implement individualized care plans that reflect our clients' preferences and care needs. We serve seniors and communities across the NH Seacoast, providing essential support to our clients while upholding our commitment to their dignity and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all client care services to ensure compliance with company standards and client satisfaction.

Collaborate with the caregiving team to develop and adapt personalized care plans for clients.

Conduct regular assessments of client needs and care staff performance.

Ensure effective communication between clients, families, and staff to foster a supportive care environment.

Lead training and development initiatives to enhance the skills of caregiving staff.

Qualifications:
You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

Proven experience in managing client care services, preferably in the home care industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with a compassionate approach to client care.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of regulations and best practices related to home care services.

Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Bonus If You:

Hold a relevant certification in healthcare management or home care services.

Have experience in training and developing caregiving staff.

Are familiar with community resources available to help seniors in our area.

Employment Type & Availability:
This position is Full-Time, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work.

Location:
This position is on-site in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
