About the role
The Director, Client Reporting & Insights role is critical in translating complex healthcare, claims, and operational data into meaningful insights and compelling stories for our clients. The ideal candidate combines deep health care industry knowledge, expertise in KPI development, and the ability to engage executive audiences with clarity and impact.
Location: This position is located at our Dublin, OH campus with hybrid flexibility. We will consider remote for the right candidate.
What you’ll do (Essential Responsibilities)
Lead Client Reporting Strategy: Design and execute a scalable reporting framework that highlights Quantum Health’s impact on cost, care quality, and member experience
Define & Operationalize KPIs: Build and refine KPIs that measure clinical, financial, and operational performance across healthcare navigation programs
Tell the Value Story: Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives that demonstrate measurable outcomes and ROI for clients
Deliver Executive Insights: Present performance results and strategic insights to senior client stakeholders, including HR, Benefits, and Finance executives
Bridge Operations & Metrics: Develop deep understanding of care coordination, claims, and member engagement workflows to ensure KPIs accurately reflect performance
Collaborate Cross‑Functionally: Partner with Client Success, Finance, Clinical, Operations, and Executive teams to align on reporting priorities and insights
Build & Lead a High‑Performing Team: Develop and manage a multidisciplinary reporting team, including finance and data/technology professionals
Drive Innovation & Scale: Enhance reporting capabilities through automation, standardization, and advanced analytics and visualization tools

What you’ll bring (Qualifications)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or tech related field
Experience: 8‑12+ years of experience leading client reporting, analytics, or performance measurement functions
Deep healthcare experience required, including strong knowledge of health insurance, claims, and employer-sponsored benefits
Proven ability to define, build, and operationalize KPI frameworks tied to business and client outcomes
Demonstrated success presenting complex healthcare metrics to executive‑level client audiences
Strong understanding of healthcare operations and the ability to translate workflows into meaningful performance indicators
Experience building and leading cross‑functional teams (finance + data/technology)
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to clearly convey product and service value
Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence across a matrixed organization

Preferred Qualifications
MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
Experience with healthcare navigation, care management, or population health models
Proficiency with BI and visualization tools (e.g., AWS’s Quick, Power BI, Tableau)
