We’re looking for a strategic and dynamic Executive Director of Corporate Communications to lead enterprise-wide communications and elevate how we engage employees, leaders, and external audiences.

In this highly visible role, you’ll partner closely with executive leadership to shape internal communications, executive messaging, media relations, and brand strategy—ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact across all channels.

What You’ll Do
Lead Enterprise Communications Strategy

Drive integrated corporate communications strategies aligned to business goals

Translate executive vision into clear, compelling messaging

Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and positioning

Partner with Executive Leadership

Advise leaders on executive communications, change messaging, and key announcements

Deliver messaging that drives alignment and engagement

Drive Internal Communications & Engagement

Build communications that enhance employee experience and organizational clarity

Lead messaging for transformation and growth initiatives

Strengthen Brand & Reputation

Oversee brand messaging and corporate positioning

Lead media relations, PR strategy, and crisis communications

Monitor and protect organizational reputation

Deliver High-Impact Initiatives

Lead communications for acquisitions, expansions, and enterprise updates

Ensure timely, high-quality execution

Lead & Develop Talent

Mentor and grow a high-performing communications team

Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability

Qualifications
What You Bring

10+ years in corporate communications, public relations, or executive communications

Experience supporting senior leadership in complex organizations

Expertise in internal communications, media relations, and crisis management

Healthcare or regulated industry experience preferred

Strong executive presence and strategic mindset
