Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.

Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Experience developing business strategies or managing cross‑functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience uncovering needs of stakeholders/customers/users and developing solutions for multiple audiences.

Experience generating problem statements, identifying solutions and making recommendations.

Business experience using digital advertising to drive business objectives.

Ability to set goals for product adoption, influence others, and deliver against goals and milestones.

Ability to take initiative, address issues, make continuous process improvements, and drive matters to completion.

Excellent analytical skills, including quantitative fluency, and written and verbal communication skills.

Our team focuses on growing Search business by equipping sales teams and advertisers with frameworks, products, and recommendations to meet their business goals, including features like Smart Bidding and AI Max.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise to motivate sellers and customers to adopt advanced bidding strategies, making it easier to utilize best practices that maximize value. You will lead cross‑functional projects, partnering with Product Managers and Global Leads to ensure consistent framework alignment. Responsibilities include equipping sales teams with compelling collaterals, establishing product feedback loops, building user trust, and busting industry myths. As a thought leader, you will advocate Smart Bidding’s at‑scale impact and share key learnings with networks like Shopping and Apps.

Additionally, you will program manage "Search Excellence" (Do the Search Four)—our global ROI initiative combining Data Strength, AI Bidding, AI Targeting and Creatives, and Demand‑Led Budgets.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $124,000 - $179,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits.

Responsibilities

Work across product, sales, support and marketing teams to drive alignment on priorities and lead execution of go‑to‑market strategy for Smart Bidding on Search and Search Excellence.

Support the goal setting process for the entire business organization.

Synthesize feedback from regional teams, sales teams and advertisers and incorporate that feedback into product development efforts.

Enable the Search sales teams, including the agency team, through the necessary information, education and business materials to win pitches and open new budgets from advertisers.

Travel globally to support and activate sales teams, through roadshows, internal and external meetings.
