Position Overview In House Marketing Agent Capital Vacations is one of the fastest growing companies in the vacation ownership industry and we are looking for energetic, outgoing, and motivated professionals to join our In House Marketing Team. Unlike many marketing positions in the industry, this position is paid on net tours generated, not on penetration rates. If you are confident in your ability to connect with people, generate quality tours, and create excitement, you will have the opportunity to maximize your earnings. Industry leading compensation includes weekly commission payouts, monthly bonus opportunities, and unlimited earning potential.

What You’ll Do Generate excitement around the Capital Vacations ownership experience
Invite Owners to attend Owner Updates
Invite Non Owners to attend a Vacation Ownership Sales Presentation
Assist guests and owners with on‑site and off‑site information
Provide a positive and professional guest experience
Understand and follow qualification guidelines and company policies
Maintain knowledge of local attractions, events and resort offerings
Complete all required paperwork and reporting accurately
Handle inbound and outbound calls as needed
Meet and exceed production goals
What We’re Looking For OPC or In House Marketing experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Positive, outgoing, and highly motivated personality
Sales‑minded and goal oriented
Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required
Reliable transportation
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment
Additional hours may be required to meet business needs
