Social Media Specialist

to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing engaging content, growing our social media presence, and strengthening the iconic Texas Hammer brand across multiple platforms.

We are looking for an innovative, out-of-the-box thinker who can create compelling content that connects with audiences, drives engagement, and makes legal topics accessible, informative, and interesting.

Responsibilities

Develop, create, and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

Grow social media audiences through creative content strategies and community engagement.

Write compelling captions and posts with the Texas Hammer brand.

Capture and edit photos and videos for social media campaigns.

Design graphics and visual content that align with brand standards.

Monitor social media trends, emerging platforms, and audience engagement metrics.

Collaborate closely with the Internet & Social Media team on campaigns and content initiatives.

Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve engagement.

Assist with content planning, social media calendars, and campaign coordination.

Participate in community events, firm initiatives, and brand‑building activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum of 2 years of social media, digital marketing, or content creation experience (preferred).

Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging social media platforms.

Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.

Experience with photography, videography, video editing, and graphic design.

Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.

Team‑oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
