MissionHires is seeking a Client Success Manager (Medical Devices) to own end‑to‑end provider success for OMNIWave devices and GAINSWave memberships. You’ll be the primary relationship manager for medical practices—driving onboarding, retention, upsells, testimonials, and referrals—while maintaining meticulous CRM tracking and delivering white‑glove support. Ideal for a detail‑obsessed, KPI‑driven communicator who can thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑touch environment and flex for weekend events.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for medical providers and clinic teams, building deep, long‑term relationships

Lead onboarding through the first 90 days and beyond to ensure a seamless customer experience

Drive retention and growth by helping clinics maximize ROI and outcomes

Promote engagement in trainings, webinars, events, and testimonial opportunities

Identify and execute cross‑sell, upsell, upgrade, and referral opportunities

Track activities, KPIs, notes, and client progress in HubSpot CRM

Deliver proactive, high‑touch support that makes clients feel heard, cared for, and set up for long‑term success

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership to align on client goals and execution

Support in‑person relationship building and weekend training events as needed

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success (preferred)

Background in healthcare, wellness, or medical practice support (preferred)

Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and client communication/project coordination

Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow‑through

Strong communication, active listening, and problem‑solving skills

Results‑oriented mindset focused on performance, ROI, and KPI attainment

Willingness to work some weekends for events and meet customers in person

Team‑oriented with ownership mentality and ability to collaborate cross‑functionally
