Required Qualifications

High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)

Considerable knowledge of the methods, practices, tools and materials used in the maintenance and repair of all types of electrical equipment, air conditioning equipment and furnishings, related equipment and machinery

Considerable knowledge of occupational hazards and the necessary safety precautions

Considerable skill in the use of tools and equipment necessary to complete various maintenance and repair tasks

Ability to draw, understand and work from sketches and penciled layouts

Ability to keep simple records and reports

Must have a valid Florida driver's license
