Job Title
Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Responsibilities

Serve as a key point of contact for media, VIP guests, and clients—always delivering prompt, professional, and friendly service.

Support PR efforts by coordinating press visits, managing itineraries, and preparing luxury welcome experiences.

Assist in the creation, organization, and distribution of marketing materials and press kits.

Compile monthly and quarterly press and sales performance reports.

Collaborate with departments across the hotel to ensure alignment on brand and service culture.

Respond to daily online reviews and comments with direction and support from senior leadership.

Manage administrative tasks to keep projects on track—vendor requests, purchase order management, expense processing, scheduling, and more.

Support the execution of social media content plans and photo/video shoots.

Work with the Marketing team on print production order requests.

Participate in daily and monthly team meetings, bringing fresh ideas and enthusiasm.

Qualifications

A recent graduate (or emerging professional) with a degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or Hospitality Management.

Strong writing, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with design, social media, or content tools is a plus.

A passion for luxury hospitality, brand storytelling, and creating unforgettable guest experiences.

A positive, adaptable, and detail-oriented mindset—ready to jump in and learn.
