Work directly with Dalton on video priorities, episode ideas, publishing cadence, and content strategy

Develop a repeatable system for turning long‑form conversations into high‑quality clips and social assets
Who You Are
Have experience producing YouTube videos, podcasts, interview shows, founder content, or other digital video formats
Highly organized and able to manage multiple contractors and projects simultaneously
Comfortable working directly with a founder/principal and translating high‑level direction into execution
Understand YouTube as a platform, including titles, thumbnails, retention, clips, Shorts, and publishing strategy
Strong editorial judgment and can identify when a video feels sharp, boring, too polished, too long, or off‑tone
Familiar with Dalton + Michael and the show’s tone
Care about startups, founders, AI, and venture capital
Willing to travel to Palo Alto for weekly shoots
Low‑ego, detail‑oriented, fast‑moving, and reliable
Capable of managing creative work without letting projects drift
