Selection 4.0 SA is looking for a Business Development Manager to foster growth in French-speaking Switzerland, German-speaking Switzerland, France, and Germany. As a pivotal role reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining customer satisfaction within the special coatings sector.
Candidates should possess a degree in a STEM discipline and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, particularly within the tooling industry. The role requires excellent negotiation skills and fluency in both English and German and/or French.
