Affiliate Campaign Operations Specialist

We are looking to fill a new position on our Creator Campaign Operations Team to help us research, identify and manage collaborations with creators.
What You Will Do

Access, use and manage the TikTok Shop Creator Affiliate Platform
Identify and reach out to creators for paid collaborations
Manage campaign budgets for brand clients
Negotiate with creators (and representatives) as needed
Manage communication with creators
Execute creator campaigns and manage campaign collateral, deal memos, and deliverables
Monitor creator content, spotting issues and opportunities
Develop engaging written content, ensuring clear, persuasive, and creator-friendly messaging
Build effective creator outreach lists for sampling campaigns
Analyze campaign performance and delivering insights
About You:

TikTok user and fan who is informed on current trends and features
Interest in and affinity for working with creators on social commerce
Able to understand and apply data to your work.
Strong interpersonal skills -- able to connect with creators
Excellent written communication skills - able to craft clear, persuasive, and engaging messaging
Highly organized, detail oriented and capable of managing projects from start to finish.
Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable managing ambiguity and making recommendations with shifting priorities
Proficiency in Google Sheets
Interest and growing proficiency in AI platforms and tools
Experience with influencer or marketing is a plus
