Junior Account Executive Entry Level

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Junior Account Executive to join our growing event marketing and fundraising team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to launch a career in marketing, fundraising, client relations, and event management. The Junior Account Executive will support promotional campaigns, fundraising initiatives, client relationships, and community outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities

Support the execution of fundraising events and marketing campaigns.
Assist with client accounts by maintaining regular communication and providing exceptional customer service.
Represent nonprofit and charitable organizations at community outreach events and promotional activities.
Help implement event marketing strategies to increase awareness, donor engagement, and fundraising results.
Track campaign performance and assist in preparing reports on event outcomes and fundraising metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful campaign execution.
Build and maintain positive relationships with donors, sponsors, community partners, and event attendees.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Assist with administrative tasks related to account management and event support.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
