Bayada Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a

Client Services Manager

in our

Egg Harbor Township, NJ

office. We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead client service operations, ensuring efficient coordination of care and a high standard of customer service.

Responsibilities

Provide superior customer service and quality home care

Manage coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues

Manage and grow the Client Services Manager caseload

Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations

Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team

Maintain effective fiscal management of the caseload by monitoring metrics such as admissions, Medicare percentage, referral rejections, and other key indicators

Partner with Clinical Managers to supervise and support field employees

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is required

Prior knowledge of or experience with Medicare and OASIS is a plus

Prior medical office or home care experience preferred

Prior supervisory experience is a plus

Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement)

Ambition to grow and advance beyond the current position

Strong computer skills for electronic medical record systems

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary:

$50,000 – $53,000 per year, depending on qualifications

Medical, dental, prescription, vision, and other benefits, including paid holidays, vacation, sick leave, employee assistance program, and a 401(k) with company match
