Position Overview
This work is meaningful and complex. Our roles are thoughtfully designed to support sustainable, ethical practice.

Clinical & Administrative Support

Hybrid flexibility for supervision (when appropriate) & administrative tasks

Clinical Supervisors for case consultation and guidance

Transdisciplinary partners for collaboration across specialties

Care Coordinators for scheduling and day-to-day logistics

BT Managers for performance and operational support

BT Trainers who lead 3-week orientation and support BCAT testing

Learning & Advancement

Internal CEUs and virtual trainings

Clinical Rounds and company-wide All Brains, ABA, Developmental Therapies, and Medical meetings

Clinical ladder with progression from BCBA I–IV

Growth into leadership, training, consultative, and operational roles

Continuing Education Stipend: $2,000 annually

PTO: Up to 22 days in your first year, increasing to 26 days after 12 months

Compensation & Productivity

Productivity: Between 100 and 115 billable hours per month

Base Salary: $83,100 and $103,800

Bonus: $61 to $76 for each additional billable hour + up to 10% of monthly salary based on ABA direct service hours

First Year Singing Bonus: Up to $5,000

Minimum Qualifications

Master’s degree in human services or a related field required

BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required

LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification preferred
