Our client, a well-known apparel brand, is seeking an Associate Designer to join their team in NYC to work across woven bottoms, denim, and workwear for women's, men's and kid's.
Key Responsibilities
Work with Senior Designer to develop seasonal customer presentations
Create CADs
Create detailed tech packs and BOMs
Communication with overseas and production teams
Review and Maintain sample comments
Skills
Proficient in Adobe Suite
Strong CAD and Sketching skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of garment construction, fabrications, trims
Workwear and denim design experience is a plus
Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task
Knowledge of PDM or similar operating system
