Riad Tile is seeking a data-driven
Lifecycle Marketing Manager
with hands-on experience to own and optimize the end-to-end customer journey. This role will be responsible for maximizing customer lifetime value, repeat purchases, and revenue through lifecycle marketing, segmentation, automation, testing, and performance optimization.
You will build and optimize automated customer journeys, develop audience segmentation strategies, analyze customer behavior, and drive ongoing improvements across the customer lifecycle. This role is focused on strategy, execution, analytics, and optimization, not creative design or copywriting.

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager
will play a critical role in helping us strengthen customer relationships, increase retention, and drive revenue through data-driven email marketing and customer lifecycle strategies.
What You'll Do
Own and optimize all lifecycle email marketing programs in Klaviyo
Develop customer retention and repeat-purchase strategies
Directly build and deploy campaigns and flows, inside Klavyio including set up of triggers, filters, splits and conditional logic.
Create audience segmentation and personalization strategies
Analyze customer behavior, lifecycle performance, and revenue opportunities
Identify performance gaps across campaigns and flows (drop-offs, low engagement, fatigue) and recommend data-driven optimizations.
Develop testing roadmaps and execute A/B testing initiatives
Monitor campaign health and key KPIs including email revenue, retention, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, eCommerce, Creative, and Customer Experience teams
Required Qualifications
4+ years of lifecycle, retention, CRM, or email marketing experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising or related field
Strong focus on e-commerce and B2B (Trade environments)
Proven experience building end-to-end customer journeys and lifecycle programs
Data driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance and optimization opportunities.
Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo (required)
Experience with customer segmentation, retention marketing, and A/B testing
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
Clear, confident communication and can manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail.
