We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team!What is the added value of DentalMonitoring's solutions for its clients?Our SaaS monitors and optimizes orthodontic treatment for doctors and patients alike using our app and patient platformDentalMonitoring brings the first AI-driven technology in the oral healthcare spaceWith more than 300 filed patents on our technology, we are leading an entire industry in how we approach the orthodontic experienceOur handy tool, the Scanbox Pro, helps to easily detect intraoral observationsTheir patients smile againThe Account Executive RoleUnderstand DentalMonitoring's value proposition and how it can significantly impact the management and workflow of dental or orthodontic practicesUnderstand the needs and objectives of DM's clients and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), work in partnership with them, and offer tailored solutions to help them achieve their business goals and address their challengesManage and develop a portfolio of existing clients, establishing strong relationships and enhancing their loyaltyProspect potential new clients, visit dental and/or orthodontic practices, and conduct product and service demonstrations of DM's range of productsClose sales and contracts with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction for both the clients and DMAchieve individual sales targets and contribute to DM's overall sales goalsIdentify key opportunities to drive strong sales growth and maximize the potential of the current client portfolioDevelop and implement account management strategies to exceed sales targets, key performance indicators, and company objectivesOrganize and participate in local and national events, trade shows, conferences, and webinars to represent DM, expand the company's network of contacts, and explore new opportunitiesKeeping up with market trends and industry developments, maintaining in-depth knowledge of DM's products and services, as well as those of competitorsPrepare regular reports and update DM's management on sales activities, forecasts, and resultsWork closely with internal teams, including customer support and marketing, to provide valuable insights and suggestions for managing and updating social media and marketing campaigns to drive salesMaster the Customer Relationship Management system (Salesforce) to report on activityYou will be successful in this role ifBac+5 minimum in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalentAt least 5 years of sales or business development experience in the orthodontic, dental care, medical technology, or similar industryGood understanding of conceptual and consultative sales approachesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent negotiation skills, with the ability to convince and influence clientsAbility to work independently and effectively manage a client portfolioStrong results orientation, ability to challenge oneselfGood knowledge of the market and industry trendsPositive and proactive attitude with a strong focus on serviceProficiency in necessary computer tools for the role, including Salesforce, and a keen interest in new technologiesExcellent interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skillsFlexibility to travel regularly to client locations or eventsAbility to establish and maintain relationships/partnerships with internal and external clientsFluent in Spanish and good command of English (speaking, reading & writing)It would be fantastic ifYou have experience in a startup or scaleup environmentYou have knowledge of Gmail (including Google Suite/Google Docs), CRM/Salesforce, Excel, and Apple Mac productsOur Work EnvironmentAt DentalMonitoring, our employees thrive because :We are collaborators!
