Senior UX/CX Designer

Working remotely, the full-time Senior UX/CX Designer will take ownership of user experience design for the United AI Studio platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior designers, and conducting usability testing to enhance design solutions.
Key responsibilities:

Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines for a cohesive user experience across the platform
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective design solutions using Figma
Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality design delivery

Required qualifications:

10+ years of experience in UX/CX design, specifically with digital products or platforms
Proven experience in overseeing and delivering successful user experiences
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite for creating wireframes and visual designs
