Experienced influencer marketers will find a full-time salaried opportunity as the Director of Influencer Marketing, responsible for managing and scaling influencer partnerships, developing direct-response strategies, and leading a team to drive customer acquisition through creator collaborations.
Key Responsibilities

Build and manage a diverse creator ladder, securing exclusive deals with macro, mid-tier, and micro-influencers across various health-related categories
Negotiate hybrid deal structures with creators and their representatives, ensuring effective whitelisting and performance tracking
Develop direct-response scripting and oversee performance metrics to optimize customer acquisition costs and retention analysis

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role at a DTC brand with significant creator spending
Proven track record of sourcing and closing deals across all influencer tiers, including at least one macro influencer deal
Experience running a whitelisting program at scale
Ability to write effective direct-response scripts and predict customer acquisition costs based on creator audiences
Strong negotiation skills with experience in dealing with creator agents and contract terms
