Leading the Talent Management function, the full-time Manager, Talent Management will oversee the implementation of strategic talent programs, manage a team of consultants, and drive organizational change to enhance performance and effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
Leads the development and execution of enterprise-level talent management programs, focusing on Talent Review, Succession Planning, and Performance Management
Utilizes data and insights to recommend enhancements to talent management strategies aligned with organizational goals
Develops high-performing teams through leadership, coaching, and mentoring while establishing trusted relationships with cross-functional partners
Required qualifications
8+ years of experience in talent management or HR consulting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
Proven expertise in managing performance management and succession planning strategies
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
Demonstrated success in influencing executive leaders and driving large-scale organizational change
