We are looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Sales & Operations Coordinator to join a growing US-based logistics and parking operations company.

This is a fully remote role ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of customer communication, operations coordination, sales support, and administrative responsibilities.

You’ll play an important role in helping daily operations run smoothly while supporting both customers and internal teams.

We are looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable speaking with customers, and confident working independently in a remote environment.
What You’ll Be Doing

Handling inbound and outbound customer communication

Conducting outbound cold calls to prospective customers

Following up on invoices and payment collections

Supporting daily operational coordination and inventory tracking

Responding to emails and customer inquiries

Assisting with sales outreach and lead follow-up

Updating customer records and operational systems

Coordinating information across teams and locations

Supporting social media and marketplace outreach efforts

Maintaining accurate records and reporting
What We Offer

Fully remote position

$10 - $12 USD per hour, paid weekly

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, operations coordination, or administrative support

Strong English communication skills

Comfortable making outbound/cold calls

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Previous remote work experience preferred

Professional and customer-focused attitude

Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment

Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Nice To Have

Experience in logistics, transportation, trucking, parking, or related industries

Experience with billing, invoicing, or collections

Bilingual English/Spanish
