Senior Channel Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

Onsite Promotion Management: Manage the annual onsite promotion plan; build and refine advertising frameworks for various channels; align the annual onsite promotion calendar to ensure synchronization with Sales, Product, and Brand activities, creating synergistic effects.

Offline Event Planning: Plan and execute offline channel events.

Promotion Coordination: Coordinate marketing support for major channel sales events, develop Q1-Q4 promotional collaboration plans, and ensure execution. Generate quarterly promotional ROI reports based on client-provided data, analyze results.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the US Operations team, Sales team, Finance department, and external resources to ensure information alignment and efficient resource allocation. Align with Product and Brand teams to ensure channel marketing activities adhere to overall brand strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or related fields.

3+ years of experience in channel marketing, brand marketing, or related fields; experience in the Americas market (especially US offline channels) is highly preferred.

Required Skills

Familiarity with the operational rules and advertising systems of major retailer channels.

Strong data analysis skills, proficient in using tools like Excel and Google Analytics for performance evaluation and report writing.

Proven project management skills, capable of independently managing multiple tasks and driving them to completion.

Preferred Skills

Fluent in English or Chinese, capable of cross-cultural communication and business negotiations.

Excellent cross-functional coordination skills, effectively driving collaboration among Sales, Operations, Finance, and other teams.
