About us
RubberGem is a growing Australian manufacturing and recycling business delivering real circular economy outcomes. We transform end‑of‑life tyres and conveyor belting into premium rubber products used across agriculture, industrial, commercial, and export markets worldwide.

At RubberGem, we go far beyond just recycling. We recover, refine, and repurpose materials using systems designed for high performance, high output, and maximum impact.

About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised, strategically minded Marketing Coordinator to join our small but ambitious sales and marketing team.

This is not an entry‑level “post a few socials” role. We need someone who understands how marketing channels work together, can keep multiple projects moving without constant supervision, and takes pride in delivering high‑quality work with exceptional attention to detail.

You’ll play a central role in coordinating and executing marketing initiatives across brand, digital, social, agency management, campaigns, and reporting.

This role requires someone who can think strategically while also being highly execution‑focused.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinating marketing campaigns from concept through to execution

Managing project timelines, works in progress, reporting, and keeping stakeholders aligned

Supporting sales and marketing initiatives across domestic and international markets

Managing RubberGem and RubberGem Agri’s social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn

Planning strategic content that supports broader business goals (not just posting for the sake of posting)

Working with external agencies to brief projects clearly, manage deliverables, and drive strong outcomes

Assisting with digital campaign coordination and performance reporting

Creating polished visual assets using Canva and applying strong design judgement

Supporting CRM and marketing automation activities (GoHighLevel experience highly regarded)

Helping maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints

Identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and marketing performance

About You
You’re organised, commercially aware, and naturally proactive.

Qualifications

3+ years’ experience in a marketing role and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment

Strong project management and time management skills

Excellent attention to detail (you spot what others miss)

Ability to work autonomously and self‑manage effectively

Experience managing business social media channels strategically

Strong understanding of how social and content fits within the wider marketing mix

Confidence briefing and managing external creative/digital agencies

Canva skills and strong visual judgement (“what looks good” matters)

Experience preparing reports, tracking progress, and maintaining momentum across multiple projects

CRM / automation platform experience (GoHighLevel is a bonus)

What We Offer

Be part of a business creating genuine circular economy impact

Join a small but mighty team where your contribution genuinely matters

Work on marketing initiatives with global reach

Variety, ownership, and autonomy in your day‑to‑day work

Opportunity to help shape the next phase of growth for an ambitious Australian manufacturer

Supportive team environment

How to Apply
