About the Team
Our dynamic design team delivers comprehensive solutions across digital advertising, packaging, video, email, and social campaigns, supporting multiple business units. We leverage data‑driven insights and advanced tools to develop strategies that enhance VIZIO and Walmart’s market presence. By collaborating with cross‑functional partners, we execute impactful marketing initiatives that drive business success and foster continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Design marketing materials, digital content, packaging, and branding collateral

Champion best practices and emerging technologies (like AI) to enhance workflows

Manage project communication and ensure alignment on graphic strategy

Collaborate with Senior Designers and cross‑functional teams

Ensure brand consistency and compliance with company standards

Qualifications

Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop), Figma, and visual design principles

Experience in brand, digital, and print design (consumer electronics, entertainment, or agency preferred)

Strong project management and user‑focused design skills

Effective communication and a passion for creative excellence

Enthusiasm for leveraging innovative tools and techniques

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Art, Photography, Graphic Design, or related field and at least 1 year’s experience in graphics, artwork, design, or related area OR at least 3 years’ experience in graphics, artwork, design, or related area.

Programs range from high school completion to bachelor’s degrees, including English Language Learning and short‑form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms. The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 – $186,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.
