Production Technician - 3rd Shift (overnights) - Train on Day Shift
Mesa, AZ
Pay: $19.00/hour
Schedule Monday - Thursday 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM - Training Only and then move to night shift
Temporary assignment with the potential for extension based on business needs.
Position Summary
?nin Staffing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Technician for a manufacturing facility in Mesa, AZ. This position is ideal for candidates with manufacturing experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are committed to quality and safety.
Skills and Experience

Responsibilities
Operate a forklift and safely move materials throughout the facility
Equipment setup and operation
Blending, mixing, and packing materials
Receiving and putting away product
Wrapping finished product
Using RF scanners and inventory systems
Monitoring product quality and production rates
Troubleshooting and problem-solving
Maintaining accurate records
Material handling and heavy lifting
Following work instructions and safety procedures
Supporting continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience required Minimum 6 months of forklift/MHE experience required Experience with equipment setup and operation (blending, mixing, packing) preferred Ability to learn and use RF scanners and inventory software Strong attention to detail and quality Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Basic computer skills Ability to work independently and follow instructions Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to lift and perform manual material handling duties
