The Social Marketing group is a team of creators, strategists, community managers, subject-matter experts, analysts, copywriters, producers, designers, trends experts and operations managers who work around the clock to develop the most engaging experiences for creators and viewers on behalf of the brand. We maintain best practices, standards and strategies grounded in insights to develop successful, community-first content, and campaigns.
Role Description As Social Creative & Content Producer, you are a highly creative and organized individual that will lead social content production at some of our most exciting events, such as: Creator Collectives – creator meetups by (client platform) across the nation VidCon – an annual gathering of creators, fans and brands Creator Summits – exclusive, premium events we host for top creators This role requires an extensive understanding of the social media landscape and the creator ecosystem, with deep experience in social first content creation/production (including shooting and basic editing) and past experience in collaborative environments with creators. You will be responsible for translating social strategies into compelling content plans, overseeing production from ideation to execution, and managing both small and large-scale projects: local small events to large cultural hero moments. This role demands a strong understanding of top and emerging creators, social trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple events & cross functional partners simultaneously. You will be responsible for everything from content ideation and production, to scheduling and operations, to measurement and channel optimization, with lots of cross-functional, client/vendor and internal/external collaboration. This role requires significant travel.
Responsibilities Develop and execute social content strategies for Creator Collective events, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives & on brand with social guidelines Ideate and produce engaging social content, including photos, videos, and stories, as well as larger build productions, capturing the energy and essence of each event and the magic of our creators. Capitalize & innovate on emerging and existing social trends for all forms of social content Manage timelines & deliverables for social content production across multiple events. Manage and coordinate logistics for social content creation at events, including equipment and staffing Build and maintain relationships with Creators and Creator strategic partner managers Track and analyze content performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization Work with cross functional teams (Creator Marketing Team) to communicate where social will attend and cover Work with social channel leads to come up with event strategy and finding placement for content Need to be comfortable with traveling last minute Be comfortable with talking to creators at events. You will need creators to participate in your content Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms and content for our events. Channel Execution & Publishing: Manage daily operations, publishing, and scheduling of approved content across creator social handles to maintain a consistent, high-frequency cadence. "Air Traffic Control" & Sprinklr Management: Serve as the daily workflow coordinator within Sprinklr, managing the complex content calendar and navigating scheduling challenges across global time zones. Event Content Capture & Execution: Travel to and support real-world events, leading on-site social content capture at Creator Collectives and broader campaign events to pull real-time moments into the social pipeline. Agency Liaison & Content Coordination: Act as the daily point of contact for external agencies, organizing feedback loops, monitoring evergreen project inventory, and ensuring deliverables meet shifting creator program goals Daily & Weekly Content Calendars: Hands-on execution and maintenance of weekly content schedules via Sprinklr, detailing exact publishing times and asset allocation for the creator audience. Social Content Asset Pre-Scheduling: Content capture during Creator Collectives and events, routine pre-scheduling of finalized social copy, metadata, and creative assets, ensuring all materials align strictly with approved creative briefs before going live. Engagement & Sentiment Reports: Weekly contributions to analytics summaries tracking Positive Engagement metrics, views, and creator sentiment.
Minimum Qualifications BA/BS Degree 5+ years of experience running content production and social channel management across Instagram and X and TikTok 5+ years experience developing and executing social content strategies for Creator Collective events, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives & on brand with social guidelines 5+ years experience Ideating and producing engaging social content, including photos, videos, and stories, as well as larger build productions, capturing the energy and essence of each event and the magic of creators. Experience identifying and analyzing relevant data to inform strategic decision making Experience working with and messaging to content creators, and a deep understanding of the creator ecosystem Must be comfortable working directly with creators (collaborating, producing, directing, etc) Strong communication skills, comfortable with a variety of audiences and able to effectively collaborate with internal & external partners (creators, creator managers, agencies, vendors, and partners) Experience producing social content in high paced stressful on the ground events / environments Track record of delivering high quality, impactful work for loved, high-profile brands, with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Duration: EOY to start plus strong extension potential Location: 100% remote in USA Compensation: $70 – $86/hour
