This role is focused on supporting the day-to-day execution, production, organization, and delivery of creative assets across digital, marketing, social, e-commerce, and campaign initiatives. This is an ideal role for someone who loves the craft and precision behind creative work — someone who cares deeply about typography, spacing, hierarchy, file organization, production accuracy, brand consistency, and polished execution.

You will work closely with the Creative Director, designers and art directors to help the creative department operate more efficiently and execute at a high level across multiple channels and deliverables. The right person for this role is proactive, organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of creative output. This is a support-focused role designed to help scale the team’s efficiency, organization, and executional capabilities while maintaining a strong level of quality and consistency across all work.

Asset Management & Operations

Organize references, swipes, and production assets

Build and maintain the department’s master asset library — organized, named consistently, and always current

Enforce brand guidelines independently across all production work — typography, color, spacing, logo usage — with the precision and consistency expected of a luxury brand

QC all final assets before delivery: correct dimensions, proper file formats, accurate copy, and consistent brand application

Manage file versioning and naming conventions so the team never works from an outdated asset

Retouching & Image Prep

Perform basic retouching and image cleanup for digital and marketing assets including dust cleanup, color correction, simple compositing, cropping, masking, and export prep

Assist with preparing imagery for e-commerce, PDP, paid media, email, and social placements

Support post-production workflows through markups, feedback rounds, selects organization, and revision tracking

Maintain consistency in image quality, color accuracy, and overall visual presentation across deliverables

Work closely with the creative team to ensure assets meet brand standards and production specifications

Motion & Multimedia Support

Adapt simple motion assets and basic animations

Resize and export video assets for various placements

Support multimedia formatting and delivery needs

AI Workflow Support

Use AI tools to accelerate production workflows, mockups, and layout exploration

Help identify workflow efficiencies using emerging creative tools

Experience preparing production-ready assets across print, digital, email, social, web, and marketing channels

Basic retouching and image preparation skills including cleanup, color correction, cropping, masking, and export preparation

Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain structured file systems, versioning, naming conventions, and asset libraries

Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute accurately in a fast-paced environment

High attention to detail with a strong quality-control mindset

Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset

A portfolio that demonstrates strong execution, precision, visual judgment, and production capability

Preferred

Experience working within luxury, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or fine jewelry brands
